What is the Return Policy?
Returns must be received within 30 days from the original delivery date. Items must be returned in their original state. Fabrics may not be cut, dyed, washed, or contain odors. Please include a copy of the packing slip with the order number and reason for return. Returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect, flawed, or damaged upon delivery. Shipping charges are not included in refunds. Please allow 7-10 business days for a return processing.
